that manhole cover flew by my office window, 3 floors up, and smoke started pouring out of the ground. Of course, I ran right down to get as close as I possibly could. They’ve now broken open part of the ground and roped off the California/Drumm intersection. Looks like probably PG&E transformer busted, but I hope Embarcadero Station isn’t harmed.
